Description:

In a Board Meeting at Nespelem Grade School, Robert L. Bennett discusses with the chairmen of the Colville Tribes Business Council the necessary compromise needing to be made among pro-termination and anti-termination tribal members. Lucy Covington greets the Commissioner and his guests traditionally, brings them beaded necklaces as gifts, and speaks her mind about termination and its risks to both her generation and the following generations. Covington insists that liquidationists are in it for money, while blind to their rights and privileges that they currently have.
