Louie worked construction as a Laborer on the Grand Coulee Dam and across Washington State.  His favorite activities revolved around Horses, Rodeos and playing traditional Stick Games at Pow-wows throughout the Northwest. Lucy inherited the original Moses Ranch in Nespelem Valley that included rich dark earth, with a deep water creek that yields some of the best trout on the Reservation.
