Colville tribal leaders discuss the development of the reservation and land use, and discuss career positions that need to be filled. Various areas/departments that the tribal leaders discussed were: forestry, water use, fishing, indian affairs and enrollment cases including adoptions. Lucy Covington leads the discussion and discusses the importance of proper training in the reservation for public resources, environmental management, and education.
